A dog napper has been sentenced to jail in Monterrey and ordered for attending anger management class
According to reports, Mr. Gregory Perkins has been ordered to spend 180 days jail along with attending anger management course. Moreover, he has to pay $1400 to the family as compensation and he has been suggested to avoid alcohol. Perkins has the chance to serve at least thirty days in prison and rest he can have imprisonment at his house according to the Judges.
Perkin is responsible for napping a three years old golden Labrador known as Candy Cane owned by his neighbor. According to Melissa Dalton, he did so when she was on vacations. Perkin was not happy and he was irritated due to dog barking habit. The micro chipped dog could not be found yet but there are hopes that it will be located soon. According to SPCA police; Perkins would have called police rather than taking such a severe step.
